Responsibilities:

• Being a subject matter expert in the technology domain to help people reach their career goals • Aligning your candidates career aspirations with our clients hiring needs. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a pleasant candidate experience.

• Proactively building relationships with people in the market through face-toface, phone, and video call meetings
• Pro-actively introducing candidates to clients to help uncover new opportunities for them

• Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in the IT space

• Working with your team members to build a collaborative, supportive and friendly culture
• Identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and results for the team

Freshers: - • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E/B. TECH) with MBA • BCA, BSc (Computers, Science, Maths) with MBA/ MCA • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E/B. TECH) • Candidates with 65% or 7 CGPA and above

Expereinced : 0-2 years experience in IT Recruitment
