Job Description:

Shree Niketan, one of Chennai's fastest-growing New Age educational groups, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Campus Supervisor for our brand-new campus in Nolambur. You will be responsible for ensuring the campus is safe, secure, clean, and operates smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of campus facilities, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.

• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure adherence to safety, health, and hygiene standards.

• Manage vendors and contractors for facility-related services.

• Coordinate logistics for school events and functions.

• Serve as the point of contact for any administrative or operational emergencies on campus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in administration, facilities management, or operations supervision.

• Candidates with prior experience in the Hospitality Industry are Preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with basic computing and AI tools for reporting and management.

• Flexibility to work on weekends as required for campus oversight and events.
