Campus Supervisor

As a Campus Supervisor at our Pre-University College, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining a structured and safe environment for our students. Your proactive and dedicated approach will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of both academic and non-academic activities across the campus. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and upholding student discipline during various intervals throughout the day, overseeing common areas, conducting periodic checks of student work, and assisting in the coordination of college events and examinations. Keeping a daily log of campus activities, incidents, and observations, and collaborating with the teaching staff to maintain discipline and attendance will be essential parts of your role. You will also be expected to support faculty during outdoor sessions and activities, ensure campus cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and adherence to protocols, as well as implement and enforce campus policies and behavioral guidelines. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Master's degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a supervisory or educational setting. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication skills, a firm yet fair approach to discipline, and the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently are qualities we seek in you.
