Job Summary

We are looking for a Campus Management Supervisor to oversee the daily management and maintenance of the company campus, including cleanliness, housekeeping, security coordination, gardening, and general facility upkeep. Candidates from outside Bihar will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities1. Campus Supervision

• Conduct daily inspection of the campus (cleanliness, roads, buildings, office areas)
• Ensure housekeeping activities are completed as per standards
• Maintain hygiene in washrooms, offices, pathways, and public areas

2. Security Coordination

• Monitor and coordinate with security guards
• Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles
• Ensure CCTV, campus lighting, and security checkpoints are functioning

3. Maintenance Support

• Identify and report maintenance requirements (electrical, plumbing, civil works)
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers
• Maintain campus tools, housekeeping materials, and inventory

4. Gardening & Waste Control

• Supervise lawn, gardening, and green area maintenance
• Ensure proper waste disposal and clean surroundings

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily campus inspection reports
• Report all maintenance issues to Admin/HR
• Assist in basic administrative tasks as required

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to supervise staff and contractors
• Basic understanding of facility, cleaning, and maintenance operations
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
• Additional facility management knowledge is an advantage

Experience

• Fresher or Experienced – both can apply
• Outside candidates preferred (for Bihar location)
