Design, execute, and refine campus recruitment strategies for technology groups
- Engage with leading engineering colleges and attract the right talent- Lead initiatives for non-traditional recruitment, branding, and marketing- Update and monitor online applicant tracking systems- Plan and execute on-campus recruitment activities, presentations, and networking events- Report on entry-level hiring statistics
Qualifications:- Up to 2 years of prior recruiting experience in campus hiring or campus branding/engagement- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Ability to adapt to a flexible work culture- Proven problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skillsRequirements:- At least 1 year of experience as a campus recruiter (end-to-end recruitment)- UG/MBA degree from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges- 1-4 years of experience, with recent experience in campus recruitmentWhat We Offer:- Opportunity to work with a dynamic team- Multiple opportunities for growth and development- Collaborative and flexible work culture
