As a Campus Head at Newton School of Technology, you will play a crucial role in managing the student experience, from academics to activities. Your main responsibility will be to identify and eliminate obstacles to create a thriving learning environment for the students. You will lead the campus, manage the budget, collaborate across departments, and ensure clear communication. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the campus effectively and manage its strategy - Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering team goals, ensuring clear communication - Manage the P&L and cross-functional teams, coordinating with the central program team - Work closely with academics and student success teams to monitor students" progress - Establish processes to improve engagement levels and enhance student performance - Manage the campus student's experience charter, marketing, and branding - Collaborate with the placement and training cell to deliver internship and placement outcomes - Foster collaboration and bonding with the partner university Qualification Required: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in Category Management - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience preferred - Goal-driven individual excelling in fast-paced environments - Ability to balance setting up long-term processes and achieving short-term goals - Empathy towards students and commitment to aspirational outcomes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with multiple stakeholders.,
