Job Summary:

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, creativity, and a data-driven mindset to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including strategy, creative briefing, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates, etc.), and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance across all marketing channels.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools/strategies.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Email Marketing tools, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation platforms).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Previous experience in B2B/B2C campaign management.
