Campaign Management Specialist

RRD is hiring for a Campaign Management Specialist for it's Creative Communications division.

Position Description:

The Campaign Manager is responsible for the successful execution, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role ensures seamless collaboration with internal teams, handles technical and operational campaign requirements, and delivers measurable results aligned with client objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and configure campaigns (LDM, Local Display, Local OTT) through MDT tickets as per client requests
• Handle creative swap requests and ensure changes are implemented seamlessly during live campaigns
• Set up reporting to ensure campaign data flows accurately into FlightOps
• Generate and process billing for campaigns from the previous month, ensuring all contracted amounts are accurate
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify discrepancies, and raise tickets for resolution
• Cross-verify budget, flight dates, and impression data between Salesforce and Genesis to address inconsistencies

Job requirements:

1. Ready to work from Teynampet office in flexible shifts (any 9 hours between

   2.30pm to 3am

   on weekdays)
2. Strong understanding of campaign management workflows and digital advertising standards

3. 2-4 years experience

   in campaign management, digital advertising, or a related field with hands-on expertise in handling end-to-end campaign execution and performance reporting
4. Proficiency in

   Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, and campaign management

   platforms like FlightOps,

   Genesis

5. Familiarity with MDT ticketing systems and dynamic creative tools
6. Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
