  • In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results.
    What are we looking for
  • Individual will be responsible to manage Multichannel campaign requests received via email/OC.
  • Manage end-to-end Multi channel campaign process (email and SMS)Individual is needed to complete tasks (deploy emails, generate distribution list, create workflows, create test data, test workflow end to end) on time and error-free. Ensure progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.
  • Ensure all quality standards are met.
  • Follow transactions/issues tracking mechanism and capture all the details required on the tracking toolIndividual will be responsible to manage Multichannel campaign requests received via email/OC.

    Roles and Responsibilities: Candidate should be a graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Campaign Management required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi-task. Intimate knowledge of Campaign Management Best Practices and trends.
  • Impeccable time management and multitask ability.
  • Detailed knowledge of campaign lifecycle (Adobe, SFMC etc).
  • Mandatory experience in creating complex CRM workflows in SFMC and list generation.
  • Experience on other email delivery applications:Dream, ExactTarget, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Mandatory if they don’t have SFMC – high proficiency.
  • Mandatory knowledge of HTML, SQL and JS desirable.
  • SFMC certification preferred.
  • Understanding of customer targeting and its implementation in campaigns – good to have.
