Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background Graduate/ Postgraduate in Commerce, Science, or any related field (mandatory). Experience Requirements 1 to 5 years of experience in a Bank, NBFC, or Insurance company, preferably through DSA sourcing model Prior experience in selling unsecured business loans is a pre-requisite . We are also open to candidates working for LAP , working capital funding , Home loans . Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong local market knowledge and merchant network. • Good understanding of loan products, customer needs, and financial documentation. • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and team player with strong execution ability. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure while consistently achieving monthly targets. • Ability and competency to work in the field/marketplace in the neighborhood lending model. Performance Metrics: • Achievement of monthly and quarterly disbursement targets. • Number of new DSA addition. • Candidates joining for renewal business will be measured on percentage conversion on the assigned pool of customer.
