Job Description Metallon Holdings Private Limited (MHL) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager (CAM) with a strong background in the power sector.
The CAM will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the successful adoption of MHL's key products within the power industry.
In this pivotal role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for our power sector clients, ensuring their needs are met with MIPL's innovative solutions.
You'll play a crucial role in expanding our market share and strengthening our presence in this vital industry.
Responsibilities: -
-O- Customer Engagement & Business Development:
-O- Proactively engage with existing and prospective customers in the power sector to understand their needs and identify opportunities for MIPL's key products.
-O- Articulate MIPL's value proposition, highlighting advantages in terms of cost, time, and overall value.
-O- Drive the process of getting MIPL registered as an approved vendor for key products with target customers.
-O- Sales & Order Management:
-O- Secure new inquiries and prepare compelling offers to win orders.
-O- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
-O- Manage the payment collection process, ensuring prompt and accurate transactions. -- -O- Customer Relationship Management & Support:
-O- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
-O- Escalate complex issues internally as appropriate to ensure swift and satisfactory outcomes for customers.
-O- Conduct win/loss analysis to understand market dynamics, inform future strategies, and sustain/grow MIPL's share of business and market share within the power sector. Qualifications/ Experience
-O- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent power sector related education credentials.
-O- 4 to 6 years of work experience in the power sector.
-O- Proven ability to engage with customers at various levels, from technical to executive.
-O- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales support.
-O- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-O- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-O- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
