Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales managers. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline and supporting B2B sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective businesses and generate qualified leads.

Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Managers and maintain a full and healthy sales calendar.

Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through follow-up calls and emails.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of all interactions, leads, and meetings scheduled.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and pipeline tracking.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Research and identify new opportunities within target markets and industries.

Actively contribute to building and improving lead generation processes.

Represent The Qwerty Ink professionally and create a positive first impression with potential clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills with a professional phone presence.

Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude.

Basic knowledge of sales pipeline management and CRM software.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Familiarity with G-Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) is a plus.
