Job Description :
A Calling Executive is responsible for handling telephone communication with potential and existing customers to generate leads, promote services, and provide support. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve sales or engagement goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce products/services, explain features, and generate interest.
⦁ Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming customer calls, address their inquiries, and provide solutions to their problems.
⦁ Sales & Lead Generation: Follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
⦁ Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer records and update the customer database using CRM software.
⦁ Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
⦁ Data Management: Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
⦁ Understand customer needs and explain our online agreement and legal documentation services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
⦁ Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
⦁ Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.
⦁ Customer Focus: A customer-friendly approach and professionalism in interactions.
⦁ Technical Proficiency: Ability to use telecalling software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
⦁ Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer issues and complaints.
⦁ Basic understanding of digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp)

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
