Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with policy renewals, payments, and general inquiries.

Manage and track renewal and collection calls effectively.
Ensure a minimum of 60 calls per day to meet daily and monthly targets.
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer details in the system.
Achieve individual and team-based performance targets.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar calling or telemarketing role (preferably in insurance or financial services).
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
