Job Description

Key Responsibilities  
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with policy renewals, payments, and general inquiries.
 
  • Manage and track renewal and collection calls effectively.  
  • Ensure a minimum of 60 calls per day to meet daily and monthly targets.  
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update customer details in the system.  
  • Achieve individual and team-based performance targets.  
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.  
  Requirements  
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar calling or telemarketing role (preferably in insurance or financial services).  
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.  
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
 
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.  
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
