Job Summary:

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and maintain lead databases.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Maintain call records, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream).
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of [language(s) required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
