The company prioritizes understanding the needs of its clients and offering fast and efficient loan solutions with flexible repayment options. My Safe Loan specializes in assisting salaried individuals with various financial requirements, from weddings to medical emergencies to home upgrades.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at My Safe Loan located in Vadodara. The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients to discuss personal loan options, providing information on loan products and services, and assisting clients in completing loan applications.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities
Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of financial products and services
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
