Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller located in Delhi, India. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and potential customers, maintaining detailed and accurate call records, following up on customer inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. The Caller will also handle customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the sales team with relevant information and updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi
