Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Ajay Pipes located in Haryana, India. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our plumbing fittings products. You will also assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining customer databases.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide product information effectively
• Experience in telemarketing or sales roles is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
