Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor and evaluate advisor - customer interactions by listening to call recordings to assess adherence to quality standards, and proper call handling procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Call Quality Assurance collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver targeted training, programs based on identified skill gaps, new product/service launches, or changes in policies and procedures.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on quality assurance findings, performance trends, and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Graduation completed.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in Call Quality Analysis are desirable.
