Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing business plan, lead generation and meet Revenue Targets
  • Planning the manpower and ensure daily availability of the manpower at the contact centers.
  • Deliver planned sales volume by constant training and monitoring of the associates.
  • Ensuring the processes & policies laid out by TVSCS gets strictly adhered to at the contact center.
  • Responsible for design & deployment of Contest, Rewards & Recognition payout / incentives schemes
  • Liaison with all Stakeholders Marketing, Credit, Sales, IT and Operations teams in strategic as well as operational matters
  • Execute projects across initiatives like customers experience, process improvement.
  • Mentoring, training & developing team members to ensure operational efficiency and product knowledge.
  • Responsible for delivering all key Quality & Internal Control metrics defined for respective processes.
  • Monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets
