A BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Executive is responsible for handling customer interactions, managing data, and supporting business operations for clients. The role involves communicating effectively, solving customer issues, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization. --- ⭐ Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Provide accurate information and support to customers. Resolve queries, complaints, and service-related issues. Maintain customer records and update internal databases. Meet daily/weekly performance targets. Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution. Follow company processes, scripts, and quality standards. Prepare simple reports and documentation. --- 💼 Skills Required Good communication skills (verbal & written). Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office). Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Problem-solving and customer service skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. --- 🎓 Qualification 10th / 12th / Graduate (as per company requirement). Freshers and experienced both can apply. --- ⏱️ Work Environment Day or night shifts depending on process. Voice / Non-voice processes available. Office-based or work-from-home (varies by company).
