Call Centre BPO Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers/business owners and speak confidently in Hindi. Follow the calling script to explain the purpose of the call and highlight product/service benefits. If connected to the concerned person, clearly explain the service/product again. Guide interested customers through the registration or sales process over the call. Send follow-up emails/messages when requested by the customer. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up dates in the provided template. Share updated reports with the team/client on a regular basis. Make up to 3 attempts for RNR (Ringing & Not Responding) numbers. Meet daily/weekly target expectations and ensure quality communication. Provide excellent customer experience with a polite, professional tone. Qualifications & Skills: For Freshers:Good Hindi communication skills (speaking & understanding). Basic understanding of customer handling. Willingness to learn sales and communication skills. Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-based environment. Basic knowledge of using mobile, WhatsApp, and simple computer operations. For Experienced Agents:Prior experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer service. Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections. Ability to explain products clearly and convert interested customers.
