Job Title: BPO Call Centre Executive  ⏩Job Description:  ➡️A BPO Call Centre Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company standards.  ⏩Key Responsibilities:  ➡️Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound) in a professional manner.  ➡️Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.  ➡️Provide accurate information about products/services.  ➡️Maintain call logs, records, and update CRM systems.  ➡️Meet performance targets like call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.  ➡️Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments.  ➡️Follow communication scripts and company policies.  ⏩Skills Required:  ➡️Good communication skills (verbal & written).  ➡️Active listening and problem-solving ability.  ➡️Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.  ➡️Patience, empathy, and customer-oriented attitude.  ➡️Ability to work in rotational shifts.  ⏩Qualification:  ➡️Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).  ➡️Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
