Call Center

As a Call Center Executive in the dynamic healthcare team, your role involves handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and professionalism. You will understand client requirements, provide timely responses, and utilize your excellent communication skills and prior experience in an international voice process to offer outstanding support to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a positive client experience by demonstrating a courteous and helpful attitude - Route calls to relevant departments and escalate issues when necessary - Document call details following standard operating procedures - Follow up when required and monitor/respond to emails promptly - Coordinate effectively with internal teams and work across multiple software platforms for efficient task management Qualification Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - 15 years of experience in a voice-based customer service role, preferably in an international process - Strong listening skills and attention to detail - Basic proficiency in MS Office and IT tools - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Customer-first mindset, willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts - Background in Home Science is advantageous - Familiarity with customer service principles and basic IT issue handling If you meet these qualifications and are prepared to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, we encourage you to apply by sending your CV to Dhanush.h@telradsol.com.,
