Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Sales Manager located in Noida, with some remote work acceptable. The Call Center Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing and leading the team, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, developing sales strategies, training and mentoring team members, and handling escalated customer inquiries.
