Job Description

Role: Customer Support Executive Job Responsibilities: · Proven experience in sales, preferably in a BPO or outsourcing environment. · Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. · Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. · Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines. · Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mind-set. Industry Preference: BPO / ITES Preferred Qualifications: · Previous experience in domestic sales or BPO sales. · Knowledge of outsourcing services such as customer support, data processing, technical support, etc. · Language: Bengali/Odia , Basic English is Mandatory · Salary: 15K 17K CTC +Incentives · Education :12th Pass / Graduation
