Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer queries via call in a timely and professional manner. • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or services. • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the root cause. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. • Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring issues or customer suggestions. • Contribute to the development of support documentation (FAQs, user guides, etc.). Qualifications: • PUC and above. • Languages: English, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Odia, & Punjabi. • Basic English and written communication skills. • Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping others. • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Comfortable using CRM software, support tools, and Microsoft Office. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmen
