Job Summary: We are looking for a Call Center Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Provide accurate information about products or services. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases. Follow call center scripts and guidelines when handling different topics. Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Good verbal communication skills in [English / Malayalam / Hindi – modify as needed]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Ability to work in rotational shifts if required. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
