Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat. Daily tasks include making cold calls to customers and escalating issues to the appropriate departments, and maintaining records of all interactions. The Call Center Assistant will also be responsible for understanding and utilizing various operating systems to track and manage customer interactions.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working in Contact Centers
  • Proficiency in using microsoft office and google drive
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
