The ideal candidate will have prior experience in setting up lab infrastructure in a startup environment and will be responsible for supporting boiler testing, vacuum component assembly, and evaluation activities . Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up and maintaining lab equipment for mechanical and thermal testing Conduct boiler performance tests , including pressure, temperature, and efficiency evaluations Assemble and test vacuum components , ensuring compliance with design and safety standards Support prototype development , instrumentation setup, and data acquisition systems Maintain accurate test logs, calibration records , and documentation Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize test setups Ensure safety protocols and lab standards are followed at all times Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for lab processes and equipment Qualifications Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical / Thermal / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering 24 years of experience in lab setup, testing, or evaluation , preferably in a startup or R&D environment Hands-on experience with boilers, vacuum systems, sensors, and instrumentation tools Familiarity with data logging software, PLCs, or control systems is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams #Immediate joiners are preferred.

NDTS India (P) Limited is seeking a skilled individual to join our team dedicated to the field of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) & Evaluation. As a Repair and Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include repairing/fault finding and maintaining NDT inspection equipment. You will conduct thorough inspections of equipment once back from the site and ensure proper nomenclature for storage. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining NDT equipment stores, including inventory management, calibration records, and in/out records. To excel in this role, you must have a thorough knowledge of electronic components and be adept at fault finding processes. Understanding and interpreting schematic diagrams will be essential, along with proficiency in using testing tools such as a multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering, and de-soldering equipment. Familiarity with SMD components and basic computer knowledge are also required. As part of the team, you will read user/operational manuals to gain insights into equipment operation, learn the operation of NDT equipment, and provide equipment handling training to Site Engineers. Regularly assessing repair/replacement needs of equipment and accessories and reporting them to the TL Operations will be part of your routine tasks. Coordinating with TL Operations for dispatch documents in case equipment requires external repair services will also be necessary. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an ITI Electronics or Diploma Electronics qualification with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective coordination with team members.
