Calibration Engineer-Pharma Services

Candidates with Pharma Service experience are preferred.

Qualification: ITI/ Diplomo / B.Tech Mech/EEE

Candidates: Freshers and 1-6 Yrs Experience candidates also can apply

1. Calibration of all type of instruments (Thermal, Mechanical, Electro-Technical, Mass & Volume and Dimensions, Acoustics ) as per company SOP

2. Validation in Stability Chambers, BOD Incubators, Freezers, Auto claves, Tunnels, Vessels, fermentors and Lyfolizers

3. Knowledge on Calibration/ Validation Documentation

4. Operational Knowledge on G-Tek data loggers, Yokagowa data loggers, Testo (portable), Ebro (portable)

5. Handling of sites

6. Preparation of calibration certificates, Raw datasheets as per company's SOP.

7. Good knowledge on FDA and GMP guidelines, also candidates with audit experience will be preferred

8. Performing the Calibration activities at client’s Site and Review of the Calibration Issuance certificates.

9. Handling of equipment Breakdown and Follow up action with customer as per outline procedure of internal approved SOP.

10 . Timely review of External Calibration of Equipment/Instruments agreement’s validity and coordination for periodic renewal followed by addition of Calibration parameters as per customer requirements.

11. Monitoring of the equipment’s/Instrument’s operational procedures adequacy and acceptance, while execution of unit under Calibration activity.

12. Handling, coordination and document compliance of Calibration activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
