Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cake Chef role based in Mumbai. The Cake Chef will be responsible for creating, designing, and decorating cakes for various occasions. Daily tasks include planning and preparing cake recipes, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and experimenting with creative designs. The role also involves ensuring consistent quality standards, collaborating with the team to manage orders, and maintaining inventory for baking supplies.

Qualifications

• Skills in baking, cake design, and decoration
• Experience in creating custom and innovative cake designs
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Formal training in culinary arts or baking is preferred but not mandatory
• Previous experience working in a professional bakery or food production setting is a plus
