Key Responsibilities

• Serve gelato, shakes, and beverages with precision and a smile
• Attend to customers courteously at the counter
• Operate the POS system, process orders, and handle customer queries
• Maintain kiosk/café hygiene, clean counters, and replenish stock
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Assist in opening and closing operations as per duty schedule
• Engage in upselling, free sampling, and promotional activities

Requirements

• Experience:

   0–3 years in F&B, retail, or hospitality (freshers welcome)

• Language:

   Basic communication skills in 

  Malayalam and English

• Attitude:

   Positive, team-player, and customer service-oriented

• Appearance:

   Presentable and well-groomed

• Location:

   Must be based in or willing to relocate to 

  Kochi

• Preferred:

   Students pursuing 

  Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism

Shift Timings

📍 Amore Lulu Mall (Kiosk)

• Full-Time:

   Rotational shifts (9:30 AM – 7:30 PM / 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

• Part-Time:

   Flexible evening shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM), weekends & holidays

📍 Amore Kochi (Café)

• Full-Time:

   Rotational shifts (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

• Part-Time:

   Flexible evening shifts (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM), weekends & holidays
