Procons Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

Serve gelato, shakes, and beverages with precision and a smile
Attend to customers at the kiosk counter courteously
Operate the POS system, process orders, and handle queries
Maintain kiosk hygiene, clean counters, and replenish stock
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
Assist in opening/closing of the kiosk as per duty schedule
Engage in upselling, free sampling, and promotional activities

Requirements

Experience:
0–3 years in F&B, retail, or hospitality (freshers welcome)
Language:
Basic communication skills in Malayalam and English
Attitude:
Positive, team-player, with a focus on customer service
Appearance:
Presentable and well-groomed
Shifts:
Full-Time:
Rotational shifts (9:30 AM–7:30 PM / 2:00 PM–12:00 AM)
Part-Time:
Flexible evening shifts (4:00 PM–12:00 AM), weekends & holidays
Must be located in or willing to relocate to
Kochi
Preferred:
Hotel Management / Hospitality / Tourism students
