Cafe Staff Member

Job Title: Café Staff Member Location: Pune Experience - 6 months Job Summary: We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Café Staff Members to join our team. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service to guests, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and light food items (e.g., sandwiches, pastries). Maintain cleanliness of the café, including tables, counters, and equipment. Restock supplies (napkins, cutlery, cups, etc.) and monitor inventory levels. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and cleaning. Follow all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Upsell café products and daily specials where appropriate. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
