Job Description

Responsibilities Customer service: Greet customers warmly, take food and drink orders accurately, and answer questions about the menu. Food and beverage preparation: Prepare a variety of beverages (like coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks) and food items (such as sandwiches and pastries) according to recipes and quality standards. Cash handling: Operate the cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide customers with accurate change or receipts. Cleaning and maintenance: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by wiping down tables, sweeping floors, washing dishes, and cleaning equipment like coffee machines and grinders. Inventory and stock management: Assist with tracking inventory, stocking supplies, and putting away new deliveries. Operational support: Help with other tasks as needed, such as clearing tables, refilling condiments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
