Job Description

RequirementsMinimum 6 months – 1 year café/restaurant experience (preferred) Good communication skills Basic knowledge of food & beverage service Ability to handle customers politely Must be punctual, reliable, and well-groomed Ability to work in fast-paced environments Flexible with shift timings Teamwork and positive attitude Basic understanding of cleanliness & hygiene standards Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers with a friendly attitude Take accurate orders and ensure timely service Suggest menu items / upsell when needed Handle customer queries & complaints professionally Service & Operations Serve food & beverages as per café standards Maintain tables, counter area, and seating cleanliness Ensure proper billing & cash handling (if required) Prepare basic drinks/assist barista when needed Restock items (cups, cutlery, ingredients, etc.) Hygiene & Safety Follow FSSAI hygiene norms Maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards Ensure cleaning schedules are followed Handle food safely and avoid wastage Teamwork Coordinate with kitchen and barista Support teammates during rush hours Follow instructions from supervisors/managers
