Job Title: Coffee Making Staff / Barista Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Reports to: Cafe Manager / Supervisor Job Summary: We are looking for a energetic, and skilled Coffee Making Staff (Barista) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and maintaining a clean and efficient workstation. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews). Grind coffee beans, brew espresso, and operate coffee machines. Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Provide product recommendations and answer customer questions. Ensure cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment. Follow health and safety regulations. Restock supplies and maintain inventory of coffee-related items. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Assist with opening or closing duties as needed. Requirements:Previous experience as a barista or in a café setting (preferred but not required). Basic knowledge of coffee types and brewing methods. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Attention to detail and a positive attitude. Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends or holidays.
