Job Opportunity: #CAE Moldflow Engineer Location: Noida Immediate Joining Required (or within 1 month) About the Role: We are currently seeking a talented CAE Moldflow Engineer to join a prominent client in the Home Appliance Industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience specializing in Injection Molding Analysis using Autodesk Moldflow software. Responsibilities: Perform Injection Molding Simulations using Autodesk Moldflow to analyze and optimize plastic part designs for home appliances, such as enclosures, internal components, and control panels. Evaluate and improve mold designs to optimize cycle times, reduce material waste, and ensure high-quality part production for consumer-facing products like kitchen appliances or electronics. Conduct warpage, cooling, and filling analyses to ensure product quality and performance. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure optimal mold designs and cost-effective, scalable manufacturing processes for high-volume production. Qualifications: ✔Diploma or B. Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. ✔ 1-2 years of experience in Injection Molding Simulation using Autodesk Moldflow. ✔ Strong analytical skills and understanding of plastics materials and molding processes.
