Role: CAD Pattern Expert

We are looking for an experienced CAD Pattern Master to join our team. This role is key in converting design ideas into production-ready patterns for women’s and kidswear categories.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate CAD patterns.

Modify and grade patterns across multiple sizes.

Work closely with the design and sampling team to ensure fit accuracy.

Ensure patterns are production-friendly, minimizing fabric wastage.

Handle marker making, fabric consumption, and technical specifications.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience as CAD Pattern Master in garment manufacturing.

Proficiency in CAD software.

Strong understanding of fabrics, fit, and grading.

Eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Team player with good communication skills.
