With in-house design, sourcing, and production capabilities, we serve leading retailers and private labels across India. Role: CAD Pattern Expert We are looking for an experienced CAD Pattern Master to join our team. This role is key in converting design ideas into production-ready patterns for women’s and kidswear categories. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Develop accurate CAD patterns. Modify and grade patterns across multiple sizes. Work closely with the design and sampling team to ensure fit accuracy. Ensure patterns are production-friendly, minimizing fabric wastage. Handle marker making, fabric consumption, and technical specifications. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience as CAD Pattern Master in garment manufacturing. Proficiency in CAD software. Strong understanding of fabrics, fit, and grading. Eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines.
