As a CAD Pattern Expert at Queen Creation, a leading garment manufacturer in Kolkata specializing in womens wear, kids girls wear, and festive collections, your role will be crucial in converting design ideas into production-ready patterns for womens and kidswear categories. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop accurate CAD patterns to bring design concepts to life. - Modify and grade patterns across multiple sizes for a perfect fit. - Collaborate closely with the design and sampling team to ensure fit accuracy. - Ensure that patterns are production-friendly, minimizing fabric wastage. - Handle marker making, fabric consumption, and technical specifications efficiently. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 8 years of experience as a CAD Pattern Master in garment manufacturing. - Proficiency in CAD software to create and manipulate patterns effectively. - Strong understanding of fabrics, fit, and grading standards. - Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines consistently. - Team player with excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
