Job Description:

Position: Executive Assistant to Vice President – Factory Operations
Location: Factory – Vichoor
Experience: 2–5 years in factory/industrial operations
Educational Background: Requires an associate degree or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure work progresses according to plan.
• Allocate and manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Act as the main point of contact between management and workers.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Track project milestones and deadlines, identify any delays, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure activities stay within the allocated budget and manage costs effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and quality control measures.
• Identify and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems that arise on-site.
• Work with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure designs are accurate and meet project requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and manuals.
• Assist in developing and maintaining CAD design standards for the company.
• Produce 2D, 3D, and isometric drawings, and sometimes create renderings and animations for visualization.
• Proficiency in specialized CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or CATIA.
• A strong eye for detail and the ability to create precise technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to work well in a team environment.
