About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic CAD Application Engineer with expertise or passion for 3D modeling, Analysis and software training to support our clients using the 2D & 3D CAD platforms. You will work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure customers gain maximum value through onboarding, training, technical support, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and software demonstrations to clients on the 2D & 3D CAD platform.
• Guide customers through the onboarding process, including setup, training, and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to showcase features and capabilities of CAD platforms.
• Offer design workflow solutions tailored to specific industries needs
• Deliver technical training (online and onsite) for clients and internal teams.
• Act as a liaison between users and OEM product team by collecting and reporting feedback for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Production, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with 2D & 3D CAD platform such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor, Creo etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct client training and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
