Job Description

Assist in timely month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Preparation and review of MIS reports, and variance analysis.
Booking and review of accruals/provisions (expenses, GRN not invoiced, etc.).
Support in intercompany reconciliations and balance confirmations.
Assist in preparation of schedules for audit and internal review.
Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper documentation, approvals,
Monitor vendor ageing, advance payments, and debit balances.
Coordinate with vendors for payment clarifications and reconciliations.
Analyze recurring and one-time expenses for accurate provisioning.
Liaise with departments for month-end provisioning inputs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards Support automation and ERP process improvement initiatives.
Provide inputs for SOP creation, process documentation, and control improvements.
Assist in fixing system issues
Assist in preparing schedules and documentation for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit recommendations.
