CA Hiring - Financial Reporting - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Should have exposure with IND AS.
• Manage and oversee daily accounting entries and general ledger operations.
• Conduct

  bank reconciliations

  and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Support

  month-end and year-end close

  processes, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal departments as required.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Coach team members and ability to manage team is a plus

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified

• 2 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounting and finance.
• In-depth knowledge of

  Indian accounting standards

  , and statutory compliance.
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems such as

  Oracle Fusion

  or similar platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with consulting firms.
• Proven expertise in

  financial reconciliations
