Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, execution, and completion of statutory audit engagements for clients across industries, including listed entities and large private clients.

Perform audit procedures in accordance with Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.

Understand client business processes, risks, and internal controls relevant to financial reporting.

Test design and operating effectiveness of controls, perform substantive audit procedures,

and ensure proper documentation of working papers.

Assist in preparation and review of financial statements as per Ind AS / Schedule III

requirements.

Conduct analytical reviews, variance analysis, and audit sampling to identify anomalies and

areas requiring deeper testing.

Support in resolving client queries and provide audit insights to improve financial reporting

quality.

Collaborate with internal teams for technical guidance on complex accounting issues (Ind

AS, consolidation, financial instruments, etc.).

Stay updated with regulatory changes and new accounting/audit standards.
