CA Fresher-Internal Audit

As a Chartered Accountant (Fresher) in this 6 months C2H role with BNC's client in Risk Advisory Services, your role will involve: - Assisting in planning and executing internal audit assignments across various business functions. - Performing risk assessments, internal control reviews, and process audits. - Preparing and documenting audit findings and working papers in accordance with IIA standards. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and review operational and financial processes. - Supporting compliance audits, SOX testing, and internal control evaluations. - Providing inputs for strengthening internal controls and process improvements. - Ensuring timely reporting of audit observations and following up on open issues. Key Requirements for this role include: - Being a CA Fresher (Qualified in Nov. or Dec. 2024/2025). - Having strong exposure to Internal Audit during articleship or internship. - Possessing a good understanding of risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. - Being eager to kickstart your career in a structured and fast-paced audit environment. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis. - Strong communication and report writing skills. - Ability to work both independently and in teams under tight deadlines. - Immediate availability to join as this is a 6 months C2H role.
