Basics accounting knowledge.
Good knowledge of Cash Application, Billing, and understating on Aging buckets
O2C/AR Cycle
Understanding on Unapplied, Misapplied, Suspense, refund, overpayment
Understanding of reconciliations
Ability to identify inefficient/ineffective processes and develops recommendations to enhance controls and efficiency.
Providing coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance
Handling Escalation
Provide inputs on process and system to the team
Excellent Communication skill
