Job Description

Conduct audits of the lending business at various Branch Banking centers to assess compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Evaluate the effectiveness of lending processes, including loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections. Identify and analyze risks associated with lending practices and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans. Stay updated on changes in lending regulations and best practices to ensure the bank's operations remain compliant. Assist in the development of auditing procedures and methodologies specific to the lending business. Participate in training sessions for staff on compliance and risk management related to lending operations.
